Summary
Resolved an issue where costs included in vendor service packages became uneditable when a departure reached Reserved status.
Issue Details
Users were unable to modify costs that were part of a package once a departure was marked as Reserved. Changing the status back to Interested or Quoting did not unlock the costs.
Resolution
The restriction has been removed. Costs associated with vendor service packages can now be edited regardless of the departure's status reason.
