Summary
The Cancel Booking tool is now available for bookings that are currently in On Request status, standardizing the removal process.
Issue Details
Previously, the Cancel Booking button was hidden in the ribbon if a booking had not yet been confirmed (Status = On Request). This forced users to use manual status changes or workarounds to remove unconfirmed bookings, which bypassed the standard cancellation logic and schedule items. This inconsistency made it difficult to track why unconfirmed bookings were being removed.
Resolution
The Cancellation Wizard can now be launched directly from the ribbon for On Request bookings. This allows users to follow the standard cancellation workflow for all bookings, regardless of whether they have been fully confirmed or are still pending.
