Summary
Booking labels have been updated to display more descriptive group and company names, allowing sales agents to identify group affiliations at a glance.
Issue Details
Previously, bookings linked to a group often displayed a generic Group Booking label alongside the group number. This made it difficult for sales agents to quickly identify which specific group or company a booking belonged to without clicking into the booking details. For organizations managing multiple large groups or corporate accounts, this lack of immediate context slowed down the booking management process.
Resolution
The system now prioritizes specific names in the booking display to provide immediate context. If the group organizer is a company, the Company Name is displayed; if the group has a specific Group Name (e.g., "Smith Family Reunion"), that name is displayed instead of the generic label. The "Group Organizer" label remains for the organizer's specific booking to maintain clarity on who is managing the group.
