We’ve enhanced the Guest record in D365 to support additional Redpoint travel protection data. This update ensures guest‑specific insurance details are captured in one place, making it easier to provide personalized service and support.

Please note that these fields are currently not active for use. Do not populate or rely on them until further notice. An update will be provided once they are ready for full integration. These additions lay the groundwork for future enhancements to Redpoint Travel Protection.

What’s new:

  • Added two new fields to the Guest record:
    • Redpoint CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) – checkbox field
    • Redpoint Policy Number – text field (up to 100 characters)
  • These fields complement existing travel protection fields such as Insurance Item, Insurance Status, and Date of Decision.

With these updates, Redpoint data can now be stored directly in the Guest record, giving you a more complete view of each traveler’s protection coverage.
