Release Note – September Update
As part of the September release, a new booking status “On Request” was introduced to support upcoming Booking 2.0 enhancements. This status is not applicable to Booking 1.0 and will be hidden from the Status Reason dropdown in the October release to avoid confusion.
Important: If you see the “On Request” status in your booking form, please do not use it. It is not supported in Booking 1.0 and may lead to downstream issues.
