We’ve fixed an issue where Held Spaces on the Departure form were incorrectly resetting to zero when deleting a booking with Interested or Waitlisted status.
What was happening?
Deleting one booking would sometimes remove the held spaces for all similar bookings, causing the Departure’s Held Spaces count to drop to zero—even when other bookings were still holding space.
What’s changed?
- Held Spaces now update correctly when deleting bookings, regardless of their status (Interested, Waitlisted, or Booked).
- The Departure form will reflect the accurate number of held spaces after a booking is removed.
This fix ensures more reliable availability tracking and prevents accidental overbooking.
