Multiple bug fixes are included in this release relative to Planner 2.0
Calculations
- An activity cost containing a child count was causing the margin calculation in the header to be incorrect; applicable when pricing method = per group. This has been fixed.
- Guest count was incorrect when adding an accommodation service with only a single rate; applicable when pricing method = per person based on double occupancy and single supplement. This has been fixed.
- A cost having unit = per single supplement was not calculating quantity unit correctly resulting in an incorrect cost amount. This has been fixed.
- A cost/price association was sometimes associated to the wrong version on the backend causing the budget and header calculations to be out of sync. This has been fixed.
Cost card
- Inactive vendor rates were being added as a cost rate. This has been fixed.
- A cost having vendor rates inconsistent from year to year was causing the cost to not load. This has been fixed.
- Users were unable to edit the cost rate when a package service having no rates or no applicable rates was added. This has been fixed.
- Number of days was not being saved when the cost's From Day Not Applicable is set and Duration = Per Day. The cost was being saved to the Other section as 1 day. This has been fixed.
- Adding an accommodation cost to all versions was populating guest count for only the current version. This has been fixed.
Price card
- When saving a Vendor Item Category update on a price, the entry was not appearing until after a browser refresh was performed. This has been fixed.
Budget View
- The Quantity column was displaying 0 Leader rooms even though cost amounts were correct. This has been fixed.
Itinerary
- Users were unaware that an export was still in progress due to large amounts of data being exported to Word or a PDF. This issue has been fixed. The UI will now display a "Please wait this may take a few minutes" message or will display an error message if an error occurred.
