Updates have been made to how Planner 2.0 adds guest counts to Accommodation cost rates, allowing for greater flexibility in how guest counts can be associated to costs and prices.

  • Previously, Child counts were only added to a Double rate and Double Occupancy had to be enabled. With this change, child counts are no longer automatically assigned by the system because they can be added to any occupancy rate. You will need to manually add Child counts to the appropriate cost rate.
  • Previously, you could not add a vendor service if the service did not have a rate that corresponded to an enabled Occupancy in the Guest Panel. For example, if the Vendor Service had only a Triple rate and if the Triple Occupancy was not enabled in the Guest Panel, you could not add that service to the departure. With this change, you will be allowed to add the service to the departure. Guests counts will not be automatically assigned, but you can manually add guest counts.
