Fix: Manage Items / CIRs Print

The following issues have been fixed.

In some instances, the Vendor Item Name was being cutoff on the Cost Item Reservation form.
In Manage Items
- CIRs were not displayed in alphanumeric order.
- The filter for displaying only unassigned rooms was not working.
