Change: Departure Stop Sell

- Field security has been added to the Departure's Stop Sell field and should be used to restrict who can vs cannot put a departure on stopsell. Any user currently having the Professional Edition: Trip Planning permission will be updated to have write permission at the time of the release. All other users will have no permission. If you would like changes made to permissions, please have your System Administrator contact Support.
- Users with write permission will see the following, and will be able to put a Departure on stopsell.
- Users with no security profile will see the following. When a date exists, the departure is on stop sell.
- Users with read only permission will see the following. When a date exists, the departure is on stop sell.
- When creating a new booking from the Contact, and when the selected Departure is on stop sell, an unfriendly message was displayed advising the booking is not allowed. The message content has been improved.
