New Requests

All new custom report requests should include the following:

  1. The name you would like the new report to be called
  2. An explanation of how the report will be used

  3. A mockup of what you would like the report to look like, inclusive of real data from PEAK 15 (Support agents can assist with this, but it would be billable)
  4. Comments or notes indicating where the data in the report is coming from (please include field and/or database names)
  5. What input filters will you want to use when running the report (ex: book date range, company (picklist),  cost category (dropdown), etc)
  6. What entity qualifications should we include or exclude from the report (ex: only pull bookings with a status reason of booked or completed, or do not show guests related to trips with a certain trip type)?

You can now use the Report Mock Up Template attached below, but if using the PEAK 15 Report Request Template, please pay special attention to:

  • Report Info tab
    • What would you like to call this Report
    • What is the purpose of the report
    • Will the report results frequently need to be exported…
    • Do you need any filters available when running the report
  • Entity Statuses tab
    • What status reasons of record types would you like to be included in the report?
  • Sample Layout tab
    • An example of what the report should look like, including real data from within PEAK 15 populated in the mockup
  • Notes tab
    • Information outlining where the data within the report should be coming from (e.g. the Agent field on the Booking form, a summation of all Credit Memos applied to an invoice, etc.)

Change Requests

All change requests to existing custom reports should include the following:

  1.  The name of the report being changed
  2. A side-by-side mockup comparing what the report looks like now to what you would like the report to look like once the changes are made (comments, notes, and highlighting what should be added, changed, or deleted with the mockup is also helpful; Support agents can assist with this, but it would be billable)
  3. An itemized list of how you’d like the data in the report to be changed (please include field and/or database names)
