If you have a request regarding one of the following topics, that item may be billable. If it is, we will first provide a quote of billable time and wait for your approval. The minimum amount of time billed is 15 minutes, increasing in 15 minute increments. Pre-approving time, if possible, can assist the support team in addressing your needs more promptly.
NOTE: Submitting tickets and general help requests are not billable items. We will never bill you without prior approval. Additional changes requested in the same ticket will be requoted and await approval.

Invoice template - Creating or updating invoice templates
Custom Invoices - Creating or updating customized invoices
"Nightly" Jobs - Creating or Updating custom processes that run on a schedule to update certain data
Data Imports - Cleaning up and/or importing data into PEAK 15
Data Updates via SQL - Updating records in our database that cannot be updated on the front end
