How to Reset you Freshdesk Password
1. Go to https://peak15.freshdesk.com/support/login
2. Click “Forgot your password?”
3. Enter your email address and click “Reset my password”
4. You will know you have been successful if you see a green banner notification, “Instructions to reset your password have been emailed to your registered email address. Please check your email.”
