2023 Q3 Hotfix 03 - November 9
Push Updates was failing when a Cost associated to a Vendor Service has Rate Plan = null. (A Vendor Service had no rates). This issue has been fixed.

Users were unable to edit some Costs. This issue has been fixed. The issue occurred as a result of Push Updates failing due to a missing Rate Plan.
