Issue Details
The report logic previously did not isolate the most recent postback status, which could result in the report displaying records that did not meet the specific "unmatched name" failure criteria for their latest update.
Resolution
The report now evaluates only the most recent postback received for a record. An entry will now only appear on the report if the latest postback failed specifically due to an unmatched name error. If the most recent attempt was successful or failed for a different reason, it will no longer be flagged.
