Summary
An enhancement has been made to ensure users using RightQC are able to see all confirmed seat statuses, including HK and KK.
Issue Details
Previously, seat assignments were only displayed when seat status was HK. This did not meet full requirements for organizations using RightQC. This caused incomplete visibility of seat assignments and may cause confusion or missed seat details for agents and teams.
Resolution
The display logic for seat assignments for users leveraging RightQC has been improved:
- All confirmed seat assignment status indicators now display, including HK and KK.
