We resolved an issue where promo codes were incorrectly discounting cancelled guests, resulting in too many discounts being applied. For example, in a booking with two active guests and one cancelled guest, the system was applying discounts to all three.

This has now been corrected, and Promo Codes now correctly apply only to eligible (non‑cancelled) guests across all promo code types:

  • Percentage per booking
  • Flat rate per booking
  • Flat rate per guest

Users no longer need to manually adjust discounts as a workaround.
