We’ve introduced an update to prevent Planner 2.0 from failing to load when a required Single Supplement (SS) extension price is missing. Previously, if a Pre or Post Extension price included a Double rate but no corresponding Single Supplement rate—while using the Per Person based on Double Occupancy and Single Supplement pricing method—Planner 2.0 could not load, leaving users without a clear explanation.

What’s Improved

To eliminate this issue and streamline price creation:

  • When creating a Pre Extension or Post Extension price using the Per Person based on Double & Single Supplement pricing method, the system now automatically displays both the Double and Single rate rows.
  • Users can enter both rates at the same time, ensuring the required pricing structure is always complete.
  • Upon saving, Planner automatically creates:
    • A Double price record (Per Person)
    • A Single Supplement price record (Per Single Supplement), linked to the Double price

This prevents incomplete pricing setups and ensures Planner 2.0 loads reliably.

When This Applies

This enhancement activates only when:

  • Additional Price Type = Pre Extension, Post Extension
  • Base Pricing Method = Per Person based on Double Occupancy and Single Supplement

If the Base Pricing Method is Per Person based on Occupancy, no changes occur
