To improve accuracy in user attribution on Notes related to bookings, a change has been implemented to prevent unintended updates to the "Modified By" field.
Previously, when a booking was reassigned—such as through a workflow or manual update—the "Modified By" field on associated Notes would reflect the user who performed the reassignment, even if they had not directly edited the Note. This caused confusion and misrepresented who last modified the Note content.
With this update:
- Reassigning a booking no longer updates the "Modified By" field on related Notes.
- The "Modified By" field now accurately reflects the user who most recently edited the Note itself.
This change ensures clearer audit trails and more reliable tracking of user activity across booking records.
