We’ve added a new standard field called Reserved With to the Itinerary tab on the Cost Card. This enhancement helps teams better track and report on the individuals (e.g., drivers, leaders) assigned to a service.

Where to Find It

  • Open any Cost Card in Planner 2.0
  • Navigate to the Itinerary tab
  • You’ll now see the Reserved With field located just below Recommendations

How It Works

  • The field is a look-up to the Contact entity
  • Users can select any Contact (no status validation required)
  • The selected Contact is saved to the Cost record and will:
    • Remain visible when reopening the Cost Card
    • Appear in the Reserved With field on the D365 Vendor Reservation form
    • Be removable and updateable, with changes reflected in both Planner and D365

This feature has been successfully tested with and without Vendor associations on the Cost. It works seamlessly across Planner and D365 environments.
