We’ve resolved an issue that prevented users from adding CIRs in the Manage Items screen for both Planner 1.0 and Planner 2.0 when a cost included a CIR with Unlimited Capacity set to Yes.
What was happening: In departures that used the pricing method of Per Person based on Double Occupancy with a Single Supplement, users encountered an error message on the Manage Items screen. The issue occurred when at least one cost included a CIR with Unlimited Capacity = Yes, blocking the ability to add CIRs to the departure.
What’s fixed: The system now properly handles CIRs with Unlimited Capacity, so users can add them to departures in the Manage Items screen without any errors.
