The "Upgrade" button in Planner 1.0, which allowed users to migrate departures to Planner 2.0, has been disabled.
Since Planner 2.0 introduces stricter pricing structures to support greater automation, the upgrade process often led to issues and support requests.
As part of our plan to sunset the Upgrade Departure tool, we’ve removed the button to prevent further disruptions.
