Following the hotfix deployed on May 12, some customers have continued to experience an issue where Prices are being incorrectly automatically deactivated in production. Reports from customers indicate that the problem may persist under certain conditions.
- The issue appears to occur when a guest is associated with a price, particularly through the Booking Options area.
- In some cases, the price is deactivated immediately after being associated, even though the price is marked as optional.
While internal testing did not reproduce the issue after the fix, it is possible that browser cache is interfering with the updated behavior.
Action Required:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies (for All Time), then re-test.
