With this release, users can associate any cost with an Additional Price, regardless of Cost Rate Type or Price Rate Type. Previously, costs could only be linked to a non-Base Price if they shared the same Rate Type. This update provides greater flexibility, allowing users to group related expenses—such as hotel, meals, and activities within a Pre-Extension price or linking a single flight cost to multiple Air Upgrade options.
Now, when creating or editing an Additional Price, all costs are selectable in the Additional Price Card. Warning icons have been removed, and activated checkboxes appear for all available costs. Once a cost is selected, it is disassociated from the Base Price and associated to the Additional Price. The cost amount for the price is displayed in the popup when saving the price and is no longer included in the base price cost total shown in the header.
The Online Help article for Additional Prices will be updated alongside the 2025 May Release and can be accessed here.
