In April, the Cancellation Schedule feature was introduced, and the Cancellation Schedule Grid was automatically displayed on all invoices. However, when no cancellation schedule items were present, a red message appeared stating, “No data found please check the cancellation schedule.” This caused confusion and led to multiple customer support inquiries.
To address this, an update has been made:
- The Cancellation Schedule Grid will now only appear at the bottom of an invoice if the associated Payment Schedule includes cancellation schedule items.
- If no cancellation schedule items are present, the grid will not be displayed, and the red message will no longer appear.
