We’ve made updates with this release to allow for single supplement pricing for Additional Prices (non-base prices), particularly for pre and post extensions in Planner 2.0.

What’s New?

  • Users can now create a Per Single Supplement price for non-base prices like Pre Extension and Post Extension.
  • This applies when the base pricing method is Per Person based on Double Occupancy and Single Supplement.

How It Works:

  • After creating and saving an Additional price with rate type of double, the Add Single Supplement button appears on the price card, allowing users to create a single supplement price linked to the double price.
  • Clicking the button generates a second rate with the following fixed settings:
    • Rate Type: Single
    • Guest Type: Adult
    • Max Guest and Price Amount remain optional.

The Online Help article for Additional Prices will be updated alongside the 2025 May Release and can be accessed here

Note, on the D365 Price form, the label "Base Price" has been renamed to "Double Price".
