Fix: GDS Air Request Print

Applicable to those customers using the RightRez Air integration.

When completing the GDS Air Request wizard and having the required Verified ID Type field empty, an error was returned with no clear explanation of the issue. That has been fixed. The error will now read as "Verified ID Type is empty."
