Changes have been made to the system logic so Autopay will only trigger a payment based on the payment scheduled due date.
Key changes
- Payments are only triggered on the date due as per the invoice payment schedule.
- Invoice updates that cause an open balance after the balance due date will trigger a payment for the new balance due. This is the only time a payment will be created outside of the invoice payment schedule.
- The payment amount calculation is based on the cumulative amount due "today".
What has not changed:
- Authorize Autopay must = Yes and must have an active payment account linked.
- No payment is triggered when deposit is due on the same day as the booking date.
- No payment is triggered when an payment exists in submitted status.
