The following data model changes have been made in support of VBT requirements for Planner 2.0 and Booking 2.0. These data model changes were made in advance in order to allow VBT to start their data importing without having to wait for front end.

- Purpose: Users have the ability to associate a specific cost to the price and indicate that cost should be excluded from the booking, the itinerary, and actuals when the price is booked. On the front end, there will be a toggle for users to enable when this logic should be applied.
