The following issues have been fixed: 


  • The Copy Departure Wizard was not applying cost rate amounts based on the new cost start/end dates. This issue has been fixed.  Here is an explanation of the expected behavior depending on whether the departure was created in Planner 2.0 or using old planner.

  • If a cost is not associated to a Vendor Service, the cost amount = cost amount of the departure copied from. 
  • If a cost is associated to a Vendor Service and there is a Vendor Rate applicable to the new Departure's start date,    the cost amount = vendor rate amount. 
  • If a cost is associated to a Vendor Service and there is no applicable vendor rate, the cost amount = the cost                 amount of the departure copied from. An alert displays on the cost.

  • If a cost is not associated to a Vendor Service, the cost amount = cost amount of the departure copied from. 
  • If a cost is associated to a Vendor Service and there is a Vendor Rate applicable to the new Cost's start/end date, the cost amount = vendor rate amount. If there are multiple vendor rates applicable, blended rates logic is applied. 
  • If a cost is associated to a Vendor Service and there is no applicable vendor rate, the cost amount = the cost amount of the departure copied from. An alert displays on the cost.


  • The Copy Departure Wizard was failing when total guests on the estimated scenario was greater than the Departure's maximum guests allowed. This issue has been fixed.
