Fix (Beacon): Booking an Inventory Block Item Print

The following issues regarding the booking of an Inventory Block Item (IBI) by Beacon have been resolved.

An inactive Guest associated to an IBI was preventing a new Guest from being able to book.
When the IBI parameter in the Beacon call was set to null, the booking was not allowed.
Guests on separate bookings were prevented from booking into the same IBI.
