Change (Planner): Copying Packages and Package Items Print

For Costs where Cost Category Type = Package and having Package Items associated, the following changes have been made.

The Copy function is disabled for Costs having Cost Category Type = Package.
When a cost associated to a package cost (Package Item) is copied, an alert will display advising the copied cost will not be associated to the Package. The copied cost will behave as though it is a stand-alone Cost.
