When clicking the Planner 2.0 button from a Departure, you will now be land in the new planner OR you will land in the Upgrade Departure wizard.

The new planner will open when:

New departure has been created, no costs or prices exist.
Existing departure has already been set up in the new planner or upgraded to the new planner.

The upgrade wizard will open when:

Existing departure has costs and prices that have been set up in old planner and have been allocated.
