Fix (Planner): Accommodation cost is doubling Leader count Print

When dragging/dropping an accommodation Vendor Service to create a cost, guest and leader counts are being added to the costs correctly but when reopening the cost, leader counts were incorrectly updated.

Scenario:

When pricing method = Per Person based on Double Occupancy & Single Supplement
When leader count is > 0 on the version.

This issue has been fixed.
