New standard reports have been created for those customers using air integration with RightRez.
PEAK 15 RightRez Postback Unmatched Name Report
This report allows users to troubleshoot unsuccessful postbacks due to a name mismatch. There are several options for search criteria:
- By date received
- By Departure
- By specific Record Locator
PEAK 15 RightRez Postback by Month Report
This report allows users to view a count and list of pnrs received for the first time, for a given month, and compare that count to what has been billed.
