Fix: Costs Not Allocated error in old Planner Print

In the old Planner, the Price lightbox was displaying a "Costs Not Allocated" error when a manual guest allocation exists.

This was specifically occurring when Cost Unit = Per Vehicle or Per Group and when Price = Per Group. This issue has been fixed.
