When a Vendor Service having Leaders unchecked is drag/dropped to the Planner, the Details tab on the cost was including a count for Leaders. That was occurring if a leader count had been added in the guest panel. This issue has been fixed.
Regardless of what has been set up in the guest panel, if a Vendor Service having Leaders unchecked is added to the planner, there will be no Leader count set on the cost.
