On the Compare Version view, a Cost having no start day was not being shown. This issue has been fixed. The Cost will display in a new "Other" section at the bottom.
For a Cost having no start day, and when a pricing rule was in effect, users were unable to adjust the margin amount or margin percent. This issue has been fixed.
