With the Q4 Release, you have the ability to try out the Departure Upgrade Wizard, allowing you to upgrade your departure from old planner to planner 2.0. We are still fine-tuning the wizard, so there is a possibility that you may run into issues while using it. Please take note of the following:
- Use the upgrade on a copied (non-live) departure until you get familiar with the process.
- Once a departure is upgraded, there is no way to “undo” it.
- Departures with prices having multiple currencies is not yet supported by the wizard.
- Departures with multiple base prices (ie cruises) is not yet supported in Planner 2.0.
- All tickets submitted will be directed to the Product Team for consideration and will not be addressed by the Support Team.
