The ability to process payments vs refunds has been split into two separate security roles.
- Approve Payments - allows a user to process positive (>0) credit card payments
- Approve Refunds - allows a user to process negative (<0) credit card payments
Note, any users currently having Approve Payments security role assigned, and allowed to process refunds, will need to have Approve Refunds assigned now as well.
