Multiple scenarios were causing costs to be displayed out of order. This has been fixed.
- Costs with no start time will now display in the order of being added.
- Costs with a start time will not display in order based on start time.
- When a hotel check out time is the same as the next hotel's check in time, the exiting hotel will display first.
