When generating an itinerary from a Booking, the toggle for Use Assignment Items controls whether or not to hide a particular Cost when none of the Guests have been assigned to a Cost Item. For example, there are two optional excursions on day 2 and Cost Items have been setup to record whether an excursion has been selected. If none of the Guests on the itinerary have been assigned to those Cost Items and the toggle is on, then those two Costs will not display in the itinerary.
