Itineraries (New): Ability to include Cost Item Reservation information

Itinerary templates can now be updated to include information from Cost Item Reservations that have been booked by Guests. For more details see documentation:

NOTE: This feature is only supported when generating itineraries from Planner 2.0 or from a Booking
